these are two tracks under repair . . . the coming and going, if you see what I mean . . .they should eventually connect up . . .we saw this as we rode the Tram22 down Vyseradska just after we left Karlovo Namesti . . . so . . . either they haven't planned very well, or else they will be tearing up the track that the 22 goes down, to rebuild this interchange . . . possibly the busiest tram in prague, which would mean that they didn't plan very well . . . I just think its funny . . .
